Good faith of chief executive officer in commercial companies: theory and practice

Based on the provided complex analysis of good faith concept in Russian civil law, the author gave definition of the good faith of chief executive officer as a subject of civil relations, described the criteria and peculiarities of CEO’s good faith. The paper also covers the problems of good faith concept in regard to the sole executive body of commercial companies.
