The topic: "The Peculiarities of Russia and EU Cooperation in the Sphere of Competition Policy", 52 pages, sources of information- 28.Key words: competiton policy, antitrust, monopoly, cartel, cooperation. Object of the study: competition policy of the Russian Federation and the European Union.The aim of the study is to identify the problems and prospects of cooperation.Theoretical and methodological basis of research were fundamental research and monographs of leading foreign and russian authors, online information resources , as well as regulatory and legislative documents.In this paper , a comparative analysis of competitive Russian and EU legislation was held , the weaknesses of the Russian antimonopoly legislation were identified as well as the EU experience in the investigation of cases of violation of the rules of competition and cases were given.The research showed the necessity of cooperation in the sphere of competition policy.
