The Lobbyism of Monopolistic Corporate Groups: The Impact on the Energy Policy of Germany

The following paper is devoted, first of all, to the analysis of the German energy policy as an example of one of the largest and the most developed economies of EU. The research goal lies in determination of the scale and charachter of influence imposed by large energy companies at the governmental energy policy. The following gipothesys was put forward: the negative attitude to the lobbying is not always well-grounded and the development of lobbying (as a process of interation between interest groups) stands to be the crucial process with many benefits for all the stakeholders. The research tasks are: the analysis of German energy policy and of the main problems connected with its changes; the analysis and inverstigation of lobbying processes in Germany and other countries and the main effects, caused by such activities on the governmental policy and market as a whole.
