Key areas of energy security of Japan at present stage

In the Paper "Key areas of energy security of Japan at present stage" author determine the main trends of modern energy policy of Japan, which was revised after the Fukushima Nuclear disaster in 2011. Author analyzes the history and the development of Japanese energy sector in the twentieth and twenty-first century through the prism of energy security. The Author also reveals the main cause of the catastrophe at the nuclear power plant "Fukushima-1" which lies in the structural features of the energy industry in Japan. In conclusion, the author of the work concludes that the main direction of modern energy security of Japan is to strengthen cooperation with the major energy-exporting countries, as well as establishing long-term relationships through the implementation of join energy projects.
