Modern Problems of Personal Information Security in the Internet

The purpose of this course work : to examine threats to the information security of the individual on the Internet, while examining in detail the legislation in this area.On the basis of the intended target identified the following research objectives:• Examine the regulatory framework to protect personal information on the Internet,• Assess the problems of public participation in the field of information security• Consider some of the violations of the right to protection of personal data on the Internet• If possible, give practical recommendations for correcting the mistakes in the normative regulation of personal data protection .In writing this work , we used the following methods: a comparative legal , comparative historical , systematic method , the method of analysis .
