AnnotationThis work is devoted to Russians protest movement "For fair elections", which took place in the winter of 2011-2012 It was the largest protest movement over the last 20 years, but it was regarded by the majority of Russians are indifferent. It focused on the question about the reasons of political indifference of Russians: on the one hand, researchers regularly document the high level of dissatisfaction with the authorities, on the other, the authorities don't cause public protest.Based on the concept of post-Soviet political culture, the author aims to identify patterns of perception of Russians protest movement. In the course of work were implemented the following tasks:1) to describe the sources of mobilization, the objectives and the evolution of the movement "For fair elections", which took place in December-March 2011-20122) to describe the specifics of the perception of the Russians of the political opposition, NGOs 3) using the material of the secondary research, to show how Russian society took protests winter 2011-2012;4) to conduct a series of interviews to explain the phenomenon of perception of Russians protest movement 2011-2012By results of research the author came to the following conclusions: 1) the Political sphere is alienated from the population. Most people can't see the opportunity to influence political decisions and the existing political order.2) The Opposition and NGOs are sources of agenda of movement. The opposition is not perceived today as a significant actor in the political process. Human rights NGOs is very poorly known.3) the Russians could not check the facts and extent of electoral fraud, they were generally satisfied with the elections and did not see a sharp grounds for protest, in contrast to the protesters 4) Recipients of political propaganda, which discrediting the protest movement and its leaders, become the citizens interested in politics at discrediting the protest movement and its leaders5) Apolitical citizens perceive the agenda of the protest movement areflexia, indifferently, out of touch with their own problems.6) members of the movement was perceived as an opposition - "people who have views different from the authorities, the Russians did not feel civic solidarity with the protesters. 6) members of the movement was perceived as an opposition - "people who have views different from the authorities, the Russians did not feel civic solidarity with the protesters.
