Background research is determined by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation , although it is not directly jurisdictional authority to resolve election disputes , has a significant impact on the electoral process by adjusting the " rules of the game " in the electoral field , evaluation of existing constitutional provisions of the election law. The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in its activities impact on the legislative process in the field of election law at both the federal and regional levels.Aim is to study the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the decisions on the electoral law.
