Development of model for assessment of the level of maturity in project management in process-oriented company

This work is devoted to adaptation of a project management maturity models for application in the process focused companies. Existing models aren't universal and intended for use only in the project-oriented organizations. Work contains the research conducted on the example of three typical process focused industrial companies. By means of a method of Delphi the rated scale, system of criteria and new model was developed. Work represents the practical importance for specialists of project management in the process focused companies. It allows estimate a maturity of project management in a context of all organizational activity, instead of separately from it. This model allows define level of a process and project management maturity and estimate a harmony of company development.
