Problems of the homeland and the international security in the Russian foreign policy from 2001 to 2013

In this paper problems of the homeland and the international security in Russian foreign policy from 2001 to 2013 are considered at the theoretical level . Material for the study are strategic documents of the Russian foreign policy, statements of Russian foreign policy officials on this issue , programs of Russian political parties . Subject of research is the Russian foreign policy , the topic of research - issues of national and international security in Russian foreign policy for a specified period of time. The study is hypothesis of the paper is the following: in the current system of international relations Russia has a high level of total power, and therefore , has its national interests at all regions of the world , considering its national security at the global level , responds for threats of national security posed by all types of actors in the international relations , trying to build its foreign policy as one of the most important poles of power , Russia is trying develop and implement the line of foreign policy that ensures the implementation of national security priorities in connection with international security , considering this direction in foreign policy as one of the priorities, this line of foreign policy is perceived by the Russian political class in a positive way.
