Legal regulation of the provision of land for investment at the regional level

The paper analyzes the legal problems at the pre-contractual stage of harmonization of investment conditions in the framework of the procedures for granting land for construction with preliminary approval of the location and without prior approval of the location, as well as the performance received under investment contracts liabilities.
