Free Movement Rights in the EU: implementtaion and restrictions? (cases of Bulgaria and Romania)

To date, the European Union is probably the most successful regional project in world politics. But recently it faced some difficulties. In order to overсome them it needs to achive solidarity and consensus among its citizens. They should benefit from the EU project. The best way to do that is to develop intra-EU mobility. That's way the right to move and reside freely in the EU is inshrined in the European legislation. But sometimes it appears that formaly stated rules сlash with the real practices. On the cases of Bulgaria and Romania we try to find out whether this statement right or not.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
