Impact of the ageing on the labour market

The aim of this final qualifying work is to consider what contribution change in the age of individuals working in Russia brings a combination of factors which determine the characteristics of the labor of workers and their wages . When writing the final qualifying work was secondary analysis of data using SPSS package information RLMS 2002 and 2010 was analyzed information on the relationship between the age distribution of working respondents and their employment characteristics. Was also conducted a regression analysis of factors determining the level of wages and found that to a large extent determined by the external wage labor factors , while age and education do not have a linear relationship with the level of wages.
