Organizational and economic features of oil and gas projects implementation on the Caspian Sea shelf are considered in the work. As an example of such an emperical project of the cost-effectiveness analysis of gas and gas-condensate output on the Caspian Sea Shelf is studied. The project evaluation was made for the different forms of its organization.
