Topic: Key tools of quality results achievement on every stage of project quality project managementThe object of this study is the process of implementation an automated system project «CRM Corporate " in OJSC " Sberbank of Russia" . Subject of research is achievement of quality results at different stages of the project.The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography .In the first chapter , " Theoretical aspects of quality assessment in project management " describes the main provisions of project management and quality management . Studied in detail the stages of project management. Identified and described the relationship of project management and project quality management , defined approaches to the definition of tools to achieve quality results.In the second chapter, " The study of the project activity in JSC" Sberbank of Russia " by the example of the introduction of the AU « CRM Corporate " presents brief characteristics of the design of a commercial bank . The basic provisions of the role and tasks within the project management of the bank. Provides an overview of the current project on the implementation of the AU «CRM Corporate ".The third chapter "Using the tools to achieve quality results of the implementation project AU « CRM Corporate "contains the result of a theoretical study carried out on the basis of the data described in the second chapter .Finally formulate the main results and conclusions of the study.
