The Prospects of the EU - USA Free Trade Zone Establishment

Combining the analysis of the macroeconomic effects of the pending EU-US free-trade agreement and the applicability of definite ideas of realist political-economy and neorealist schools of thought the author would try to evaluate medium- and long-run implications of the agreement for the major international powers and conclude on the issue of potential influence that the EU-US free trade zone establishment can exert over the prospects of development of the current system of international relations and more specifically the future distribution of powers between the major states.Key words:TTIP agreement, free-trade zone, international implications, prospects of development, distribution of powers
