<p>Nowadays, a lot of companies are acting on international market. Technical progress, liberalization of markets and the diffusion of global production systems are creating new opportunities and challenges for industrialized countries as well as for a global market economy. To operate effectively, a company has to plan its international deals carefully. If a company has its specific plan, the costs will be reduced, whrereby the effectivenes of a deal will rize. Thus, it is necessaary to improve an algorithm of planning and organizing foreign economic operations, which will be suitable for the analyzed company and its effectiveness will rize. The research was conducted in company "Kamskiy Kabel".</p>
