Evolution of Lenevo's internationalization strategies

<p>This paper is devoted to the study of the leading PC company Lenovo&#39;s internationalization strategy in the 21st century. The objective of this paper is the analysis of &nbsp;Lenovo&#39;s internationalization strategies and also consideration of its strategies in the context of existing theories of internationalization. The research consists of three main bodies: introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter we will review different theories of internationalization and thier evolution, as well as the most common business presence strategies of multinational companies. The second chapter is devoted to the statistical analysis of personal computer market along with the short analysis of leading PC companies&#39; internationalization strategies. In the third chapter we will study Lenovo&#39;s internationalization process. Volume of the final paper: 82 pages. The research includes: 8 tables, 8 graphs, 10 charts and 2 pictures containing various statistics.&nbsp;</p>
