Lean program impementation in Secondary education

<div>Modern school operates according to the municipal policy that means unification of the basic processes. Despite this, the financial performance of different schools can vary significantly. Lean production in an educational institution becomes especially actual in cases when management intends to raise some funds in and to reduce losses existing during school resources allocation. That is why the aim of this research is to find the possibilities of optimizing the processes in secondary education by using Lean-tech. The study includes 3 stages. It includes the analysis of the literature concerning lean-tech and specific features of modern school, a content-analysis of internal documents and a survey. The final part involves recommendations over the school prosseses inprovement.</div>
