Crisis Communications Specificities In Energy Companies

<p>In the conditions of the market economy the creation of crisis communication strategy is very thorny issues. In the case of the fuel-energy complex the problem becomes even exacerbated due to its dependence on the possible crisis circumstances. Accordingly, any crisis situation, regardless of their size, can have a negative impact on the industry and lead to undesirable consequences. In this case, the proper management of communications with all stakeholders is a necessary PR-activity in any large company, especially during the crisis circumstances. Only the right way of behavioring in such conditions can contribute both to avoiding the plummet of the income and to the restoring of priceless reputation and the profit increasing.</p>
