Order Management System is recognized as an important source for sustained competitive advantages and one over which managers have control. First of all, as logistics is a young science for our country, the majority of companies use limited capacity of logistics models and patterns in their order management performance. Therefore the problem in my diploma research is improvement of a distribution process through the order management system in Russian practice. Thus, in my research I am going to elaborate an improvement program for distribution process by optimizing order management system. It is expected that the findings of actual research are to establish limitations and mistakes in current order management system.
