Banking Enhancement with the Use of LEAN-Principles

<p><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">During the last ten years there was the rapidly growth in the Russian service sector, especially in financial service sector. Due to growing competition many service organizations now pay attention to the efficiency and the effectiveness of their operations. With the aim of implementing their techniques and methods companies are turning their attention to the manufacturing sector. One of the most popular programmes is Lean management. Using theoretical background described above in practice we can apply Lean method and techniques that may be useful for firm which aim is to satisfy customer&rsquo;s needs in an appropriate way, as well as for firms, that want to build a long-term advantage that is hard for competitors to beat.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
