Theme: Development of Effective Inventory Management System/The volume of the diploma research is 72 pages (without appendices), which include 5 tables and 6 pictures. During the diploma writing 28 sources were used.Keywords: inventory, inventory management system.The study object is the inventory management process of Perm - Vostok – Service Company.The subject of the research is the interrelation of stocks characteristics of the company and management methods.The work includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references and appendices.Introduction includes the importance of research, the problem, the goal, the subject of research, objectives, specified methodological and information base, theoretical and practical significance.The first Chapter describes the theoretical framework of inventory management: stock explanation, types of the stock, the essence and significance of stocks; methods of grouping inventory items and models of stock management.In conclusion of the first Chapter an algorithm of forming the system of inventory management is described.The second Chapter is a project work. The stock management system of Perm - Vostok – Service Company is analyzed; the state of the stocks of the company is examined.The output shows deficiencies of the inventory management system of the enterprise, a need of system improvement/Chapter three is devoted to the development of recommendations on improvement of the inventory management system of Perm - Vostok – Service Company, There are examples of models of replenishment and the rationale for their effectiveness.The main conclusions are proposals for the implementation of the recommendations in the process of inventory management enterprise.
