Managing small business development in the local market.

<p>The present investigation therefore relates to small business development plan. The first part of research focused on the methodological aspects of strategic management. The second part of research focused on the&nbsp; analyzing the current strategy of the organization examined. Moreover, it studied how successfully the organization has been meeting its goals stated in the official strategy document.</p><p>Apart from that, several surveys conducted to collect data. First, analysis of the market of printing services was analyzed the main aspects such as demand, market capacity competitors and suppliers. Then, the internal environment of the organization was analyzed. The results was impersonated and aggregated. More than that, there was diagnostics of the company based on the BCG analysis and the McKinzey matrix.</p><p>Finally, the results was examined and the conclusions of the parts of the research was allow connecting the outcomes of the organization to the level and barometer of the market. As a result, a new development program to manage small businesses was developed based on the interconnections described, in order to improve the success of the organization.</p>
