Key Drivers of the Company's Value

The most important factors of successful company's development are: a fundamental purpose of business development and the building of effective management system which will be oriented towards achieving of this goal. Nowadays the role of tangible assets fades into the background as they are not always able to improve the financial performance of the enterprise. The interest to non-financial assets, on the contrary, grows. Companies are interested in establishment and development of knowledge, abilities and skills as factors of success in competitive struggle. One of the newest concepts of value management is applied in this project analytical work. The concept is called RAVE and allows to evaluate the results of using not only financial resources but also intellectual including relationships with employees, customers and suppliers. The work initiated by a specific enterprise - OJSC 'Reductor-PM'. Factors that have the greatest impact on the economic value added of employees and suppliers were identified on the basis of the proposed method by using sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis. Benchmarking in terms of the method EcRAVE allowed to evaluate and compare the company with its nearest competitor.
