<p> </p><p>This paper focuses on the analysis and improvement of inventory management system on the example of the trading company. The role of stocks in logistics, methods of stocks assessment and stock conditions indicators were considered in this study. Company activity in the field of stockpile management is analysed by stock conditions indicators. The modified ABC-classification was carried out in study with use of two criteria. The regulation of management inventory processes was developed for branch of the trading company. The paper contains algorithm of reorder point calculation.</p>
