<p>The topic of my research proposal is Development of&nbsp;Promotion Programm in Retail Banking Services for Mass Affluent Segment.&nbsp;</p><p>The question of issue is knowledge deficiency of banks to choose suitable strategy for information dissemination and promotion of retail banking services to this segment.&nbsp; Taking into account the fact, that Mass Affluent segment continues to enlarge it is profitable to banks to land these clients. Perm bank &ldquo;Klookva&rdquo; is also aimed that.</p><p>The problem of the present research proposal is knowledge deficiency to identify communication channels for Mass Affluent segment. Consequently, the goal of this study is to identify factors which influence informational flows about retail banking services in Mass Affluent segment.</p><p>The objectives:</p><p style="margin-left:46.35pt;">1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To identify the reason which influence the choice of retail banking service usage by Mass Affluent segment in &ldquo;Klookva&rdquo; bank.</p><p style="margin-left:46.35pt;">2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To determine desired qualities and types of retail banking services for Mass Affluent segment.</p><p style="margin-left:46.35pt;">3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To determine promotional methods of retail banking services for Mass Affluent segment.</p><p style="margin-left:46.35pt;">4)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To identify how Mass Affluent segment estimate retail banking services.</p>
