<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">The balanced scorecard is recognized as an important source for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's management . The role of this instrument in the management strategy can be important because the measurement system strongly affects the organization of regular improvements in different areas of the company. These improvements allow to quickly adapt to changing conditions and to maintain a given level of competitiveness in the field of management such as distribution and logistics. It provides a performance of the main functions of the enterprise - distribution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
