Adoption in Private International Law (by the example of legislation of Russia, USA and France)

<p>The aims of this research were&nbsp;to compile a total characteristics of adoption in Russia, the USA and France, as well as pecularities of bilateral relations between Russia and the USA, Russia and France in the sphere of international adoption and perspectives of its&#39; development.</p><p>The objects of this research were analysis of legislation of the Russian Federation and different academic researches in the sphere of adoption as a whole and international adoption in particular, as well asw analysis of established relitions between Russia and the USA, Russia and France in the sphere of international adoption.</p><p>The main results of the research are as follows: the decisions in the limitation of adoption that were made from the direction of the Russian Federation regarding France and the USA are very peculiar and appears to be disputable from both legal and ethic points of view.</p><p>On the basis of this research it is recommended to fulfill the orders of the President of the Russian Federation, framed in The National Strategy of actions in the interest of children for 2012-2017, further making of bilateral agreements between the Russian Federation and countries with the biggest amount of adoptive parents for Russian children (for example, Germany, Spain), as well as if not the cancellation of limitations in relation to France and the USA, at least its&#39; shortening.</p>
