<p>This paper states major risks and possible conditions of accession to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and presented list of possible conditions for Russian Federation accession. Paper also states analysis of major government procurement models that are currently functioning on the market. Also russian model of government procurement was analysed and main legal collisions and problems that face both sides of procurement process discussed.</p>
