Organizational and Economic Factors of Integration in Health Care

<p style="text-align: justify;">The master&rsquo;s research is devoted to the integration of the public health system. International experience of integration and Russian condition of the integrative processes were considered. The goal of the thesis is an identification of the integration&rsquo;s key trends development in the Russian Federation. The main objectives are the following: to compare the integration&rsquo;s level in the Russian public health organizations in dependence on their types (consolidated or not); to develop the recommendation of the integration improvement in the public health system. Integration is supposed to is indicating by the teamwork, coordination and subsequence of treatment.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The research&#39;s method is comparison study of the data which were collected in the frames of the 1268 healthcare professionals&rsquo; survey.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Key aspects of Integration&rsquo;s definitions, key factors and approaches of integration development are described in this research. Key integration indicators&rsquo; comparison results such as teamwork; coordination; and subsequence of treatment in accordance with the type of medical organization are presented.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">As the result it is lack of teamwork, coordination and subsequence of treatment in all organizations of the Russian public health. However teamwork and subsequence of treatment in consolidated organizations are better, than in unconsolidated. For this reason, it is necessary to drawing up of the integration in the public health trough the general practitioners&rsquo; coordination role increasing, motivation tools of subsequence development, and integrative IT implementation in the public health.</p>
