Corporate Wellness Practices for the Purpose of Preventing Main Risks Factors of Chronic Diseases

<p style="margin: 0px 0px 8px; font-size: 11px; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.0px">In this article the problem of organizing a special preventive environment in the office space was considered. The author analyzes main characteristics of corporate wellness practices and takes into account its contribution to prevent the risk factors of chronic diseases. Actual paper establishes and substantiates major activities within the supporting healthy lifestyle organization by the employer based on foreign theoretical researches, practical experience description and independently conducted office workers survey. Based on the researches results author suggests the list of recommendations for the implementation of corporate wellness programs into Russian business practice among the modern enterprises.</span></p>
