Theme of master's dissertation "Audit of Investment Appeal of Organization". This theme is very relevant at the moment, because with the help of audit of investment appeal of organization, management can not only get an accurate assessment, but also recommendations for improving the degree of investment attractiveness.The aim of this work is to develop information and methodological support for audit of investment appeal of organization and ways to increase the degree of the investment attractiveness of the organization.In the first chapter of work we consider the concept of audit of investment appeal of organization, its objects, purposes, goals, and normative regulation.In the second part of work we define important information of the company and evaluate its materiality, conduct SWOT - analysis of the company and its external environment, evaluate business risks and elements of the internal control system, develop a plan and the audit program and consider the process of approbation of audit procedures.In the final part of work we develop the models of multi-factor evaluation criteria of investment appeal of organization using heuristic methods and econometric tools, test these models, conduct a comparative analysis of the results of evaluation of investment appeal of "Quadra" and develop ways of improving it.In this work, the most widely used research methods such as modeling, analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization.Scientific novelty of this paper is in considering of a completely new object audit activity - the investment appeal of the organization, in the development of information and methodological support for audit of this object and in the development of multi-factor evaluation criteria of investment appeal.This work contains 74 tables, 18 figures, 2 applications and 33 source of literature. Total number of pages master's work - 139.
