<p align="center">Abstract</p><p align="center">Additional Professional Education in Russia and It`s Impact on Career.</p><p>The paper contains 40 pages, 20 tables and 4 charts. Author used 35 sources.</p><p>The object of research is influence of additional professional education on career in Russia</p><p>The subject of research is population of Russia in age from 18 to 70, who received additional professional education and moving up the career ladder.</p><p>The paper includes an introduction, four theoretical chapters, Chapter - model building, analysis and conclusions of the resulting model.</p><p>The introduction reveals the relevance of research in the chosen direction, purpose of the study, subject of the study. Author formulated the hypothesis, specified methodological basis of research, its theoretical and practical significance.</p><p>In the first chapter we analyze investments in human capital and reveal the concept of additional professional education institute.</p><p>In the second chapter we analyze the influence of additional professional education institute on economic policies of the government</p><p>The third chapter provides an overview of the studies of the effect of investments in additional professional education on economic growth.</p><p>The fourth chapter provides an overview of some theories of influence of manager&rsquo;s additional professional education on their career development.</p><p>Next Chapter contains econometric model with following variables: &quot;career&quot;, &quot;number of people in the company&quot;, &quot; years of schooling&quot;, &quot;sex of the respondent&quot;, &quot;Type of settlement.&quot;</p><p>In the chapter &quot;Analysis of resulting model&quot; carried out an analysis of the model results.</p><p>In conclusion we describe the results of the model.</p>
