Dramatization of the information in Russian television biographical documentary movies

<p style="text-align: justify;">The aim of this paper is to identify typical techniques of using dramatization in Russian television biographical documentary movies.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">To achieve the aim author implements several tasks:</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Considering of the evolution of documentary portrait movies as precursors of biographical television documentary projects.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Working out of the definition of the biographical documentary TV project, as well as &nbsp;the differences between biographical documentary TV project and biografical portrait movie.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Considering of the typology of means of expression of the screen, identification of the main means of expression of the screen which are used for dramatization of the story.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Considering how a story in the biographical documentary television projects is built.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The methods used in the research are:</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Theoretical and historical analysis.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Comparative analysis.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Typological analysis.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Analysis of the content.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&bull; Structural analys.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The empirical basis of the research includes the following biographical documentary TV projects: &quot;Vlad Listiev. Posledniy god&quot;, &quot;Natalya Gundareva. Lichnaya gizn korolevy &quot;, &quot;Nikolay Karachentsev. Vozvrashenie&quot;, &quot;Prervannoe tango. Lyudmila Pakhomova, Alexei Gorshkov&quot;, &quot;Alexander Abdulov. Samiy obayatelniy i privlekatelniy&quot;, &quot;Ironiya sud&#39;bi Barbari Brylskoy&quot;, &quot;Pamyati Vyacheslava Tikhonova&quot;, &quot;Stanislav Zhuk. Velikiy i odinokiy&quot;, &quot;Vysotskyi. Posledniy god&quot;, &quot;Leonid Gaidai. Velikyi peresmeshnik&quot;.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Our research resulted in the identified common techniques of dramatization of biographical documentary projects of Russian television. The hypothesis of the research is confirmed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
