Conical Resolutions and the Cohomology of the Spaces of Hypersurfaces without Complicated Singularities

<div>In this paper, we consider the spaces of nodal cubic hypersurfaces in CP2 and CP3 and the spaces of their equations. To compute the rational cohomology groups of these spaces, we apply the method of conical resolution intoduced by V. A. Vassiliev.</div>
