Leasing Operations in a Commercial Bank

<div>Recently, in the rhetoric of public figures of Russia dominated the notion of the need to transition to innovative development of the economy has been dominating. The cost of upgrading and replacement of obsolete equipment is comparable to the working capital of the company . Consequently, for the introduction of technologies the company requires borrowing . Major credit lines and bond issue are not available to the average business. Against this background, the fundamental importance gets leasing. Currently leasing market has not yet reached pre-crisis growth rates , recovery rates of growth of the overall market and the successful implementation of each leasing transaction depends on the effectiveness of the procedures used by banks to conduct monitoring and leasing transactions.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The Russian economy is just beginning to recover from the global financial crisis 2007 - 2008 &#39;s, which sharply reduced the availability of borrowed funds , which are required for renewal of fixed assets , depreciation in the year 2014 amounted to more than 80 % . Under these conditions, leasing is reasonably considered as the main way of investment in fixed assets .</div>
