In this thesis work investigated the influence of external factors on the effectiveness of the enterprise on the basis of cognitive maps. The study was reviewed methodology bsc; typical methods of accounting for the company's external environment, the concept of cognitive maps.The structure consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and and applications.The introduction identified the relevance of the theme, objectives and targets set in the thesis work.In conclusion, the findings show the work done and summarizes research.Balanced Scorecard is a good methodology, which is used in many companies.The purpose of research - to develop a methodology to assess the impact of external factors on the development of the company. Novelty in combining the two techniques: the balanced scorecard and the methods of analysis of external factors of the organization.As a result, a general outline of the method and the analysis of the influence of external factors on the company's business objectives, which showed that any changes lead to changes (positive or negative) internal factors model. While the change in internal factors leads to a change of purposes (profit efficiency, etc.)In this paper we used 8 tables, 19 figures and 4 annexes, bibliography contains 13 sources. The total volume of the thesis is 65 pages.
