<p>In the dipole approximation the processes of stimulated emission and absorption of light by the electron&nbsp;on &nbsp;a cylindrical surface&nbsp; considered in an extemal field formed by the superposition of the magnetic and electrostatic fields.The selection of rules&nbsp;and the corresponding frequency of emission and absorption was obtained. Calculated the total energy of stimulated emission of the nanotube.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
