<p>The subject matter of this qualifying paper is research and analysis of the legal nature of resolutions of governing bodies of a joint-stock company, grounds for, and consequences of, the invalidity thereof in the context of modern Russian civil law and court practice, deep research, systematization and integration of theoretical knowledge and practice in the given area.</p>
