The research revealed the statistically significant differences between the motivational factors profiles of teachers of theoretical and clinical departments of NNSMA. The analysis of motivational profiles of teachers theoretical departments showed that they had a highly developed internal motivation. On the basis of a study of motivational profiles of teachers of the clinical departments we can talk about the dominance of their extrinsic motivation. The analysis of correlation showed that the teacher is more pronounced in the theoretical department need to develop as a person, self -education, creative approach to work and the need to perform socially useful, meaningful work, the less pronounced the need for material reward. The less satisfied the needs of teachers of clinical departments in good working condition, close ties and a significant degree of similarity relationships with colleagues, attention from other people, diversity, changes and stimulation, the more pronounced the need for material rewards. When designing a system of motivation in the medical academy is necessary to consider the different needs of teachers of theoretical and clinical departments. Upon stimulation of professional activity of teachers of clinical departments must predominance of material motivation and for motivation can be used to improve working conditions. The non-material motivation for teachers of clinical departments will have less value. To stimulate the professional activity of teachers of theoretical departments non-material motivation may be used more.
