The actuality of the research consists in the fact that the Russian consulting market today is at a stage of rapid development, and its importance as a separate segment of the market increases. He is likely to go a different path than the American or European. At first glance it seems that you can easily anticipate what will happen next in this area. But the Russian economy is specific, and it will likely have an impact on the formation of the market of business consulting services. Already it is now clear that the market has its specific features, and the counselling process, and most importantly what is expected of him, are built not on the Western Canon. In the Russian advising the emphasis is not so much on professional help, but rather on the psychological. The owner or Manager who decided to resort to the services of the consultant expects from him not reforms in the company, and answer to the eternal question "Who is guilty? And what to do?". However, consultants, most of them strive to provide it management assistance, since many of them were trained in foreign or Pro-Western Universities. From here there is a misunderstanding between the customer and the contractor. And therefore the model of their interaction is different from theoretical.At the same time in modern literature there is not actual models describing the interaction of the customer and consultant on the Russian market. They do not exist, as the Western model does not describe the interaction in detail and with all special moments, and Russian science is not explores management consulting it from this perspective. However, the appearance in the literature of such models is more than urgent, since it is now consulting began separated into, and considerable due to its size, market segment.The purpose of research is to reveal the characteristic features of consulting on the Russian market.Objectives of research are as follows:1. To study the theoretical and methodological foundations of analysis of the market of management consulting2. To determine the specifics of the market of management consulting in Russia3. To explore the mutual expectations of participants of the market of management consulting in Russia4. The developed model of interaction of the Customer and the Executor2. Specifics of management consulting in RussiaMaster's thesis consists of two parts. In the first Chapter discusses the features and types of consulting. Then analyzed the history of the establishment of the consulting market in the U.S. and the world. Based on this analysis of the literature has identified several characteristic features of management consulting in the USA. After the analysis of theoretical and scientific-popular literature the author studies was built a model of interaction between participants of the consultation process.The second Chapter is built for the Western market model was taken as a sample, and it was held bilateral survey of managers of companies, ever used the services of a consultant, and their professional advisers. The survey was aimed at identifying the mutual expectations of consultants and their clients, as well as figuring out which model is the same cooperation on the Russian market as it has features. Also in the second Chapter of the study was given a number of recommendations for consultants and their clients to improve the quality of provided services, to avoid misunderstanding on both sides, as well as to speed up the process of interaction.
