<div id="myEventWatcherDiv" style="display:none;">&nbsp;</div><p>The dissertation research is devoted to the item of the formation of a sustainable competitive advantage in a new business.</p><p>The aim of the dissertation research is to create a sustainable competitive advantage of a new business.</p><p>The realization of the aim invoked the solution of the following interconnected tasks: learning of the theoretical base of the sustainable competitive advantages of a new business, analyzing of the sustainable competitive advantages of the retail trade department of Nizhniy Novgorod (selling of brand-new clothes), analyzing of the principal competitors for VIPDRESS fashion boutique,&nbsp; creating and adapting a new sustainable competitive advantage to VIPDRESS fashion boutique.</p><p>The object of the dissertation research is the market of branded clothes of Nizhniy Novgorod.</p><p>The subject of research is the sustainable competitive advantages in the retail trade department.</p><p>In the course of dissertation research the following results were received.</p><p>The notion of the sustainable competitive advantage was cleared up as well as its main characteristics. The principal types of the sustainable competitive advantage were examined.</p><p>The algorithm of the creation of the sustainable competitive advantage was worked out, the sustainable competitive advantages of VIPDRESS fashion boutique were analyzed, the typical representatives of the retail trade department ( selling of the branded clothes) were reveled as well as the representatives&rsquo; sustainable competitive advantages were analyzed.</p><p>The plan of measures for creating the sustainable competitive advantages was developed, the business plan for a realization of a new sustainable competitive advantage &nbsp;was created (designing a new fashion line of the clothes) and also the analysis of the adaption&rsquo;s results and the development&rsquo;s dynamic of the sustainable competitive advantage for another new shop VIPDRESS fashion boutique was created.</p>
