<p class="p1">The injunction of antimonopoly body is traditional means of struggle against antimonopoly law infringements. Author trying to define the legal nature of injunctions if antimonopoly body adressed to transactor. Author trying to define some practice problems on injunction give out and implementation process, expressing some proposals for developing this intitute of antitrust law.</p>
