<p>The main objectives of the study are: the study of the theoretical fundamentals of the Internet - trade , analysis of today&#39;s Internet - projects whose activities are related to the sale of consumer goods of a class &quot;lux&quot; ; KupiVip assessment of holding the market , development of recommendations about optimization of marketing communications of the company KupiVip in the Russian market. It is strongly necessary, because modern internet market&nbsp;comprises more than 80% of counterfeits goods. So huge internet ratailers should have a very balanced and effective methods of advertisement.&nbsp;</p><p>As the object of the study, the shopping club KipiVip.ru is chosen, as the eponymous Internet Holding is in the top 20 online companies by sales volume in the period 2010-2013 and the most prominent representative of the Internet business in Russia as a whole. Subject of research concerned to strategies marketing communications of Internet companies.</p><p>I also analyze legislative documents , covering the legal field online - trade. In addition, the practical part of the author will be used internal statistics KupiVip and holding documents regulating the marketing and organizational and economic activities of the company.</p>
