Annotation of master's thesis on the topic: " Entrepreneurs and Authorities Partnership: Main Tendencies of Legislation Development" Background research determined by the importance of formation in the present conditions of legal mechanisms of interaction of state power and business - structures.The goal was to put consideration of the modern trends of development of legislation in the field of a partnership of business and government.In this paper, based on the analysis of different forms of interaction between business and government identifies the key trends of legislative regulation of the business community partnerships and the state : 1. Occurs broad involvement and entrepreneurs , and the public to discuss the draft regulations and administrative problems . 2 . During the last 4-5 years there has been an active legislative work in the field of legal institutions of government and business interaction ( ODS Institute Commissioner for the Protection of rights of entrepreneurs , public and expert advice ) . 3 . Not all legal acts adopted in recent years in this area, are the same in terms of legal elaboration . The paper identified a number of problem areas of existing legislation , the removal of which could contribute to further constructive dialogue and interaction of business and government .
