This document is a description of the final qualifying work. It describes the basic principles of Information - Analytical System (IAS ) of mass and individual property appraisal . IAS is based on a client application implemented on C#, that uses auto-generated HTML pages with insets of java-script code for interaction with Internet services like Yandex.Maps .IAS allows in automated mode*:· handle evaluation of cadastral value reportso verify sample-objects database,o perform an individual appraisal using comparative approach,o generate price maps,o analyse proportions of predicted prices to real market data· predict the market price of each individual object in the input database*(calculations are based on database with sample objects)The document describes the interface and functionality of the information-analytical system; explains algorithms and practical tools selections, the possibility of applying IAS to mass cadastral appraisal of real estate in Russia; presents generated reports and demo-example.The software system with the specified functionality allows to automate the process of mass and individual appraisal and examination of the results , rise efficiency of appraisers and experts, improve the quality of their services.
