In the digital signage advertisement sphere there are not many solutions of making the

customer interact with a digital signage unit to show an advertisement which is relevant to them and

solutions which supply autonomous work of units for no involving an employee. Such solutions are

most in demand in this area as they increase conversion of customers and as a result increase sales

of companies. In this paper the client application design that makes possible providing targeted

advertisement and the process of developing it will be presented. The program have been

developed with using the Java language and integration with graphic components from framework

Qt4.8 for showing video, images and websites. In this work during the process of developing have

been created methods for showing advertisement content and synchronisation between thread of

demonstration content and thread of downloading files. For supplying support of client application

have been developed functions of logging about process of work in application, demonstration of

content and getting problems in using. experiment of using different technologies and comparison

of simular application has been conducted that allowed to choose effective methods for developing

the application. The client application is planned to be used in area of digital signage and will

support integration with existing solutions as electronic systems for paying, systems for providing

information for clients. Future developing of the program presume creating new functional that will

provide opportunity to outperform analogues on the available service in the sphere of digital

signage market
