Participants present their election program through indicators of social spending , tax policy and the level of racial intolerance , which they intend to achieve after winning vyborah.Model based on already existing models Roemer ( 2004), that is used to find PUNE, with the participation of two competing parties. We have taken and slightly modified mechanism for determining the proportion of the electorate voting for a party as a result of policies and their preferences.
