Optimization of process of obtaining rating at rating agencies

<p>This research explores the optimal behavior of companies in order to get rating from Credit Rating Agencies. It will analyze rating, which was given to companies and securities before crisis in 2007-2008 and after. Optimal way is just a way of what CRA you&rsquo;d better ask for rating first. It&rsquo;s important to find, if it is possible, such way before and after crisis, and then find the difference between them. So doing this way will show us what actually crisis did to the way how CRAs give their rating to issuers and securities.</p>
