<p>Subject:&nbsp; &quot;The relation between individual psychological characteristics and managers burnout&quot;.</p><p>The volume of graduate work is 67 pages on which one drawing and 13 tables are placed. When writing work 29 sources were used.</p><p>Object of research: syndrome of managers&rsquo; professional burnout in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot;.</p><p>Subject of research: relationship between individual psychological characteristics and managers&rsquo; professional burnout in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot;</p><p>Research objective - studying the relationship between individual psychological characteristics and managers&rsquo; professional burnout (on the example of LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot;).</p><p>For achievement of a research objective it is necessary to realize the following tasks:</p><p>1. Theoretical analysis of a problem of professional burnout.</p><p>2. Psychological analysis of managers&rsquo; professional activity.</p><p>3. Empirical studying of level of managers&rsquo; professional burnout and their individual and psychological characteristics in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot;.</p><p>4. &nbsp;Identifying the relationship between level of manager&rsquo;s burnout and their individual and psychological characteristics in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot;.</p><p>5. Development of recommendations for managers on prevention of emergence of burnout syndrome according to with individual and psychological characteristics.</p><p>The main method of data collection is survey method.&nbsp; For carrying out research N. Vodopyanova and E. Starchenkova&#39;s questionnaire &quot;Professional (emotional) burning out&quot;, and also Kettell&#39;s 16 factorial personal questionnaire was chosen.</p><p>As a result of the study we have made the following conclusions:</p><p>1. Professional burnout syndrome is a complicated process leading to the exhaustion of energy and personal resources that arising because of chronic stress.</p><p>2. Professional activities manager characterized by a variety of functions performed by the need of constant communication, which is an organizational factor and affect the appearance of professional burnout only in conjunction with the personal characteristics of managers.</p><p>3. During empirical research in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot; was revealed a high level of professional burnout managers, women have proved most pronounced levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, and men reduction of personal achievements.</p><p>4. Correlation was found between burnout and professional managers and individual psychological characteristics, such as low self-esteem, isolation, irresponsibility, indecision, compliance, dependence on the group, low self-control and conservatism.</p><p>5. As a result of research, we have developed recommendations for the prevention of burnout for managers in LLC &quot;Energouchet&quot; at risk at three levels: individual, interpersonal, and organizational.</p>
